H.H. Sayyid Hamoud Kais Tarik Al Said

Chairman

His Highness Sayyid Hamoud is committed to advancing Oman’s legacy of innovation, sustainability, and economic growth.

A graduate of Oxford Brookes University with a degree in International Business and Management, Sayyid Hamoud established Eagle Holdings in 2019, expanding into real estate, tourism, green energy, artificial intelligence, and IT security.

Under his leadership, Eagle Holdings holds substantial assets in Muscat and beyond, including landmark developments such as Muscat Hills.

His vision emphasizes cultural preservation, community empowerment, and sustainable development, positioning him as a key figure driving Oman’s future progress.

Sheikh Julanda Salim Hamood Al Hashmi

Vice Chairman

Shiekh Julanda Al Hashmi is the Co-founder of Shomoukh International Investments Company, a leading Omani investment house driving innovation and economic diversification.

Shk. Julanda has played a key role in transforming private sector initiatives aligned with Oman’s Vision 2040, including overseeing one of the country’s fastest-growing education networks.

Sheikh Julanda holds a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University and a Master’s in Government and Public Policy from Harvard University. He has also completed specialized training in naval operations and executive leadership programs at Georgetown University.

He serves on the Youth Shadow Advisory Board of Renaissance Services SAOG and the Foreign Investors Committee at the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, contributing to Oman’s strategic international partnerships and sustainable development.

Dr. Davis Kallukaran

Board Member

Dr. Davis Kallukaran is the Founding and Managing Partner of Crowe Mak Ghazali, Chartered Accountants, Muscat one of the top ten audit firms in the Sultanate of Oman. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, management, and IT consultancy.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he was co-opted to the International Affairs Committee of the ICAI Council, New Delhi (2007–08), and served as the Founding Chairman of the Muscat Chapter of the Institute (2008–09). He is also a Certified Member of the Institute of Certified Fraud Examiners. Davis is a regular columnist for the Times of Oman on tax-related matters and has co-authored a book on the taxation of Non-Resident Indians.

He has represented the firm at numerous international conferences on accounting, auditing, risk advisory services, and corporate finance. In recognition of his outstanding global contributions, he was honored with the Pinnacle Award the highest recognition from Crowe Horwath, a top-ten global accounting network.
